Terms and Conditions — x111 Legion Platform Rules

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the x111 Legion website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with x111 Legion.

These terms apply to all sections of the platform — sports betting, live casino, slot games, fish games, bingo and any other products that may be added over time. If you use the platform for any purpose, these terms govern that use.

• You must not already hold an active or previously closed x111 Legion account. Each person is permitted one account only.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with x111 Legion.
• You must be accessing and using the platform for entertainment purposes only and not as a source of income or livelihood.

x111 Legion does not make representations about the legal status of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to understand whether your participation is permitted in your location. x111 Legion serves Pakistani players and the platform is configured accordingly with PKR payments and local payment methods, but you remain responsible for your own compliance.

03. Account Registration

Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your real name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure without payment of outstanding balances linked to fraudulently created accounts.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one account on x111 Legion. If you have previously had an account closed — whether by yourself or by x111 Legion — you must contact support before attempting to register a new account. Opening a duplicate account without permission is a breach of these terms.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. x111 Legion will never ask for your full password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately. x111 Legion is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.

Account Currency

All x111 Legion accounts are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Your deposit, balance and withdrawal amounts are all displayed and processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees on transactions made through the supported Pakistani payment methods.

04. Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

x111 Legion supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other mobile wallet and card options as may be available in your account at the time of transaction. The availability of specific methods may vary.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown within your account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your x111 Legion balance once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are near-instant.
• x111 Legion reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit that does not comply with these terms.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account in your own name that matches the method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.
• You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes specified in your account dashboard. Processing times vary by payment method.
• x111 Legion does not charge a withdrawal fee, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check directly with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank.
• Winnings derived from a bonus that has not satisfied its applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

05. Betting and Gaming Rules

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on x111 Legion are subject to the specific rules of the market or game in question. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

Bets on cricket matches — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and ICC events — are subject to official match results as determined by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time the bet was accepted by the platform, not the time it was submitted by the player.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on x111 Legion. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the platform before you confirm your bet. x111 Legion reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits at its discretion, particularly in cases where betting patterns are unusual.

Void and Cancelled Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed or abandoned and not completed within the specified timeframe.
• The bet was accepted due to a technical error that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• The bet was placed on a market that was incorrectly opened due to a data feed error.
• Any other circumstance that x111 Legion, in its reasonable judgement, determines renders the bet invalid.

Voided bets are returned as a stake refund to your PKR balance. x111 Legion's decision on voided bets is final.

Casino and Game Results

All casino game and slot game results on x111 Legion are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by the game suppliers. x111 Legion does not manipulate game outcomes. If you experience a game malfunction, stop playing and contact support. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided and stakes returned.

06. Bonuses and Promotions

x111 Legion offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, expiry dates, minimum odds and game contribution rates. These specific terms are communicated alongside each offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance separately from your real-money PKR balance and must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
• x111 Legion reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time and to cancel a bonus if it determines that it was claimed in breach of these terms or the specific promotion terms.
• Abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play or any other method intended to extract value without genuine play — is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

07. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

x111 Legion is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent closure:

• Using any software, bot, script or automated tool to place bets, access games or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors to place bets that you know to be mispriced.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity related to the manipulation of sporting events including PSL or cricket matches.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or making deposits from a third-party account.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financially illegal purpose.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent a restriction or closure applied to an existing account.

08. Privacy and Data

x111 Legion collects and processes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with that policy. Key points relevant to these terms include:

• Your personal information is used to operate your account, process payments and comply with verification requirements.
• x111 Legion does not sell personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

09. Responsible Gaming

x111 Legion believes that online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We also recognise that for some players, gambling can become a problem. The following tools are available to every registered player and we strongly encourage their use:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily or weekly cap on how much PKR you can deposit. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased instantly — a cooling period applies before any upward change takes effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you after a specified amount of time spent on the platform in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from your account for a defined number of days. During this time you cannot log in or place bets.

• x111 Legion is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• x111 Legion is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• x111 Legion is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform.
• In any event, x111 Legion's maximum liability to any player in respect of any single incident is limited to the value of the stake placed in connection with that incident.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting x111 Legion support. Before requesting closure, ensure that you have withdrawn any remaining PKR balance from your account. x111 Legion will process a closure request and confirm via the email address registered to your account.

Suspension or Closure by x111 Legion

x111 Legion reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if:

• You are found to have breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account is found to be a duplicate of an existing account.
• We are required to do so to comply with any applicable rule or instruction from a payment provider or financial institution.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance associated with that breach — including winnings from voided bets or bonuses claimed fraudulently — will not be returned.

12. Changes to These Terms

x111 Legion may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will also notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the x111 Legion platform following the publication of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
